:: Description:
You will join Salesforce.com's first-class IT organization and will provide IT Support to clients on a variety of network infrastructure and desktop system software and hardware issues. You will identify, research, and resolve technical problems for both local and remote clients. In this role you will install and configure desktop systems, blackberry pda?s, and ip phones and troubleshoot network connectivity issues, client-authentication, client vpn, and ip telephony. This also involves supporting and maintaining user account information including rights, security and systems groups. This is a fast-moving environment and will require flexibility, the ability to learn quickly, and to work well with a team.

:: Required Skills/Experience:
- Ability to diagnosis and resolve both hardware and software issues
- Experience with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
