webMETHODS DEVELOPER

Developer/analyst need to work as part of a team to fully define and develop webMethods integration components and solutions. Define, design, develop, plan testing, execute tests, document and release event driven and scheduled publish and subscribe integration to support enhancement projects and maintenance. Responsibilities include working with business analysts and developer/analysts to fully define design, develop, test and release webMethods integrations within corporate EAI standards and processes. Develop webMethods integration components based on business and technical requirements and/or specifications from business analysts. The team development effort will involve collaboration with other business analysts, webMethods developers, webMethods support team, and other database and Java developers to develop full integration solutions including error handling with business notification. Qualifications: * 2-3 years webMethods development experience (6.0 strongly preferred) * 2-3 years experience with Oracle database SQL and development of stored procedures, triggers and packages * Demonstrated knowledge and use of good software engineering practices * Additional technical skills desired: basic Java programming capabilities to write API, Trading Networks, JDBC Adapter, Broker, JMS Adapter, Mainframe Adapter, WebSphere MQ Adapter, XML (XML, DTDs, Schemas) * Webservices skills desired: SOAP, RPC/DocLiteral, .Net (invoking SOAP calls/.Net invoking webMethods services) * Database Skills: advanced Oracle and SQL; SQL tuning, Stored procedures, triggers and packages * Demonstrated business analyst capabilities: Problem analysis, enhancement specification, Impact analysis, Estimating, Design, Test planning and execution, Release planning and execution, Customer interaction and review
