 AUDIO/VIDEO AND SYSTEMS INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR

The Installation Supervisor manages, and provides support to the installation teams. This position requires an individual capable of accurately assessing the needs of new projects, as well as service calls. This position requires the ability to deal with our customers in a professional manner, taking into consideration both the client and the company. Internally, it will be the charge of the Installation Supervisor to institute training and continued education curriculum for new and existing technicians.

Responsibilities:

? Supervise all installation personnel including Installation Technician Trainee, Level 1 & 2.
? Provide labor estimates to the Installation/Scheduling Manager for all installations.
? Develop and implement training programs associated with all aspects of installation techniques and product operation.
? Contact all Clients requiring service calls.
? Maintain installation quality and consistency standards.
? Enforce Tool and Inventory controls.
? Provide support to Project and Engineering managers.
? Maintain technician Invoice and Time Sheet accuracy.
? Ability to document problems and suggest solutions.

Qualifications:

? Minimum of five years in the A/V industry or related field or schooling with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
? Must be able to provide strong leadership and motivation to the installation teams.
? Must have an understanding of installation techniques, time requirements.
? Must be able to generate labor reports and track installation performance and quality.

 


? Must have good communications and writing skills.
Mandatory overtime may be assigned during particularly busy weeks or during periods of Company growth.
