Ann Taylor - Retail- Coordinator - Facilities

Job Description: Ann Taylor Store Facilities has a position available for Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Services. This position will report to the Assistant Facilities Manager. The candidate will be assist in the day to day implementation of all maintenance (Preventive, Routine, Deferred), and capital projects (major/minor). The position also requires supporting the Sr. Director, Facilities with repair services when needed.

Requirements


Ability to multi task. Assist in the management of the day to day operations of major/minor projects

User knowledge of CMMS/CAFM

Experience with a national retailer (1 to 3 years)

Proven track record of multi-site national scope project management

Experience in Preventive, Routine, Deferred maintenance

Vendor management experience

Experience managing project budgets, cost control measures and reporting information to Sr. Management

Must be detail oriented

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service oriented to support Ann Taylor/Ann Taylor Loft/Ann Taylor Factory stores

Periodical travel to project locations is required

Working knowledge of MS Office software package
