Appl Serviceman (Mobile)

Description: Appliance Serviceman Appliance Servicemen are responsible for the service and repair of major residential electric appliances, heat pumps, central air conditioners and electric furnaces at various locations within the state of
Alabama . They will also be responsible for installing and maintaining load control devices, surge protection equipment, and other devices for residential and commercial energy programs.

The ideal candidate will have:

5 years field experience in service and repairs of major household appliances and/or HVAC work to include:

In-house appliance service experience

Time management skills/route management skills

Face-to-face customer care experience

Effective communication skills (written, verbal, listening)

EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification-level 1 is required, level 2 is a plus. A high school and technical school diploma is preferred.

Ability to respond to after hours callout in a timely manner

Ability to manage stress - seasonal nature of business; difficult customers

Ability to work in physically uncomfortable environments - basements, laundry rooms, untidy kitchens, pest infestation, etc.

Valid Driver License and ability to clear background and drug test
