This position is responsible for supervising technicians, supporting production and planning equipment repair and the preventive maintenance program in coordination with the other shifts; manage maintenance technicians with responsibility for safety, materials, energy costs, skills and training programs, labor efficiency and assigning and scheduling work assignments and planning and coordinating with engineering all changes to plant process equipment. Ability to work night shift.

 

A B.S. degree is required along with either five years of experience in maintenance or two years maintenance supervision with good written and verbal communication skills and experience in maintaining plant process equipment.
