Audit Coordinator

Specific Responsibilities:

 

1.  Schedule service technicians through field offices for Audits.  Report schedules to the Manager and maintain frequent communication with all field personnel.

2.  Maintain the quality, quantity, and timeliness of answers to customer questions or problems.

3.  Implement Preventative Audit Program objectives along with processes and guidelines.

4.  Provide monthly reports Audit Program deliverables and status to Managers and customer as required.  Insure the timely issuance of Audit reports and the proper dissemination of information.

5.  Schedule any repairs needed within guidelines for any deficiencies uncovered by Audit process.

6.  Manage and direct the technical service staff, communicate the audit policies and procedures to the technical service groups. Communicate with Technicians, providing answers to questions as well as accepting information.

7.  Responsible for maintaining all site system drawings and schedule any changes as needed.  Analyze and review field service data and report on the status of audit and system problems.

8.  Perform other assignments as directed by Program Manager in support of the embedded team operations and provide backup as needed.

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

 

? Skills or experience with personal computers, including electronic E-mail, personal scheduling, word processing and electronic spreadsheet skills.  This includes Windows NT, SQL and Network Training

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

? Time management and organizational skills required.

? Ability to be customer service orientated.

? Ability to handle multiple priorities.

? Proven knowledge of team development preferred.

? Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.

 

Education/Experience:

? Associate degree in a technical field required, BS preferred.
