This position is located at the Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing Center (SEMC) in Allentown, PA.

Position Summary
? Contribute to the achievement of the worldwide corporate Continuous Improvement goals.
? Build a sustainable continuous improvement culture and act as the focal point until the process becomes a sustainable part of the organization?s culture.
? Lead organization through the analysis and decision making to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans for the achievement of continuous improvement.

Principle Accountabilities
? Develop personal training plan using the Air Products Continuous Improvements (CI) Model diagnostics to increase proficiency around: CI Roles; Culture; Team Effectiveness; CI Process Steps; CI Tools Hard / Soft; Enabling software; Knowledge sharing and reuse; Communities; Managing Organization through Change.
? Learn and deploy the Air Products Continuous Improvement Tools and Methodologies
? Participate, contribute and learn from the Organizational Champion and Tool Facilitator Community of Practices.
? Manage, Track and Report productivity items using Idea Tracker.
? Provide quarterly updates to management.
? Track the 2% compliance metric. Update management on compliance.
? Manage and Update the Improvement Ideas Log.
? Establish milestones for the Continuous Improvement initiative in the organization and schedule the implementation of CI activities.
? Train on at least two Continuous Improvement tools (ex. Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.) and act as a facilitator/project manager as required.
? Participate in the Organizational Champions Community of Practice.

Qualifications:
- BS degree
- 3-5 years experience in the electronics industry or manufacturing
- Preferred experience in continuous improvement, ISO 9001 Quality Standard and auditing, SAP, database data extraction report writing, Quality Analyst, Website editing, and Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility with multiple priorities
