CNC Field Service Tech
Our Client is a World Class Leader in the Machine Tool Industry.
We are looking for an experienced CNC Technician. Any exposure with Swiss Style Machine Tools is preferred but not necessary. Mechanical and Electrical Repairs.
As a member of this Field Service Team you will be traveling approximately 50% of the time ( 15% in NJ and 35% Overnight in the USA ) so there is limited overnight travel and you're home mostly every weekend.
The Mechanical aspect of the position is repairing / replacing standard CNC machine parts, Spindles,Ballscrews etc...
Troubleshooting and repair of Fanuc, Mitsubishi and Yasnac Controls...
When you are not in the field you will be working at the NJ location ( 50% ) assisting customers on the phone, troubleshooting and doing repairs on equipment getting ready for shipment.
You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with the customers directly.
Local candidates only, no relocation allocation available.
