CNC Programmer to $40K
Job Description: CNC Programmer Job Profile Personality: Outgoing, Logical & Detail- oriented, Hands-on.
Requirement: Programming of CNC lathes & VMC's for the manufacturing of carbon graphite products. Should be capable of using MasterCam and basic CNC software program.
Skills & Ability: Proficient in programming from blueprints for lathes and milling machining centers. Knowledge of all phases of equipment, capable of all types of set-ups, and some light maintenance. Basic problem solving, standard blueprint reading, metric conversion, GDT Datums. Should be capable of working to close tolerances (in some cases - total tolerance of .0002).
Job Description: Using MasterCam and a basic CNC software program. Should be able to develop programs and set ups. Apply the principle of three-dimensional coordinate planes in the development of a simple program for the production of the part on CNC lathes and CNC milling machines. Run-off first article inspections.
