Commercial HVAC Survey Technician

We currently have a need for someone to do surveys on commercial buildings prior to preparing bids.

Tasks:
-Will be going into buildings and and identifying HVAC equipment that will be needed.
-Often the individual will be climbing ladders to reach rooftops; will carry a tool belt and safety hat, and use a company vehicle for transportation.
-Will coordinate with field/office crew to track parts.

Requirements:
-This individual should have a mix of field and office work experience, but prior field experience is most important.
-Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, etc) is required.
-Must be able to work unsupervised.
