Computer NERDZ! helps people use computers in the convenience of their home or office.  We provide services that include repairing, upgrading, troubleshooting, protection and networking personal computers.  We started in 1993 and currently have stores in San Antonio, Austin, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Kansas City, and St. Louis.

 

We are hiring full-time and part-time COMPUTER NERDS for our Kansas City Market. Candidates must possess technical experience in troubleshooting, repair and training. The COMPUTER NERD position is an  in-house and field position, so a positive attitude, friendly smile and strong customer service skills are essential. Must be able to respond to service requests requiring installation, upgrades, repair, configuring and maintenance of PC's. Additionally, candidates must be able to make recommendations to clients based on Company standards and best practices for purchases and installation of hardware, software and networking equipment.

 

Other qualifications:

1. Candidates must own dependable transportation.

2. Networking experience is helpful but not required.

3. Candidates must be able to perform minimal reporting procedures.

4. Candidates must be goal and detail-oriented.
