Contact Center Prime

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in Contact Center product implementations and providing the highest level of customer support.? Primary responsibilities include installation planning, resource scheduling, coordination, escalation management, and reporting of Nortel Contact Center project activity.? The candidate will demonstrate knowledge of Nortel Contact Center products, associated Enterprise products, networking, operating systems, and security to provide customer consultation and coordination on product implementations.?

The position requires a college degree along with a minimum of 5 years experience in support of Nortel Contact Center products.? Certification on current Contact Center products preferred.? Knowledge of Nortel Voice Switching and Messaging systems would be an asset.? Additional skills needed are excellent analytical skills, good interpersonal communications skills, must be able to work independently, demonstrate problem solving skills, and experience in customer relationship management and support.
