Copier/Printer Field Service Technician

Better Quality Business Systems, an authorized dealer for Kyocera Mita multi-functional printer/copier/scanners, is looking for qualified candidates to join our award winning service department in our main office located in the New Albany IN/ Louisville KY area and our Bowling Green KY branch. Our service area encompasses Southern Indiana and the central corridor of Kentucky from Indiana to the Tennessee border.

 

We also provide service on all of the following equipment:

All major brands of laser printers including HP, Lexmark and Kyocera

Samsung, Sharp and Oki fax and Multi-Function devices

Complete network and IT services

 

The ideal candidate should have skills in the following areas:

Strong mechanical skills

A background in basic electronics

A working knowledge of networks and TC/IP configurations

A great desire to build a career in a company devoted to customer service

The ability to learn quickly

 

If you have a strong work ethic and a background in any or all of the above skills we are willing to train you and help you build a successful career. Many of our current technicians had a background in automotive mechanics and/or military experience and have made successful transitions to our products and services by committing themselves to learn and develop in our industry.
