Customer Service Engineer

Responsibilities:



? Provide on-site installation, maintenance, service, and technical support for Xoran's MiniCAT (CT) systems at various customer locations throughout the U.S.

? Provide customer support on-site and by phone, including training, troubleshooting, service, and quality assurance

? Perform remote fixes of MiniCAT scanners using Xoran's web-based customer service and support systems



Qualifications:



? Minimum 3 years experience in electro-mechanical Field Service

? Technical degree (e.g. ASEE) strongly preferred. Advanced degree preferred.

? Strong electronics and mechanical troubleshooting/repairing skills

? Knowledge of CT scanners and X-ray machines highly desirable Detail-oriented

? Strong IT skills a must-experience installing, configuring, and supporting windows operating systems, and windows-based application software.

? Good knowledge of networking required

? Excellent communication skills

? Self-oriented, self-organized, and able to work with minimum supervision

? Service oriented, results-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction

? Ability to create and maintain a clean and safe work environment

? Ability to lift and carry medium- to heavy-weight components (e.g. up to 100 lbs.)

? Ability to travel extensively throughout the U.S. on short notice
