DESKTOP TECHNICIAN

The Legal Aid Society is seeking a Desktop Technician for position to cover all borough offices.

Skills/Experience: Previous experience required

- Must be A+ Certified
- Knowledge of personal computer hardware and software
- Install and repair wide range of HP laserjet printers
- Ability to crimp computer cables and test
- Ability to diagnose/troubleshoot computer related problems

Responsibilities: Technician will be based in a specified territory but will often be dispatched to other areas where help may be required. Must be able to work without direct supervision. Must be able to work patiently with end users. Must be able to work as a member of a team. Will report to Desktop Technician Manager on a daily basis. Will log and track all calls. Must work directly with the MIS staff.
