Currently, Ryder has these exciting opportunities in our GAINESVILLE & OCALA, FL locations:

1. PARTS INVENTORY COORDINATOR / SERVICE WRITER
* Monday - Friday (with occasional Saturday hours)
* Top hourly pay based on experience
* Function as liaison between customers and mechanics
* Maintain parts inventory room including ordering & stocking
* Schedule routine appoinments with exisisting customers for preventative maintenance
* Requires excellent communication and organizational skills
* Requires previous experience with auto or diesel parts, inventory, and computers
* Must have a valid driver?s license & ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) if needed

2. DIESEL MECHANICS
* Top hourly pay with set schedules
* Bonus pay for diesel ASE certifications
* $5000 Tuition Repayment Plan
* Tool Insurance Program
* Company Paid Pension Plan & a 401K Plan for Retirement
* Requires at least one year experience of diagnosing & repairing heavy duty diesel trucks
* Requires High School Diploma or equivalent
* Must have a valid driver?s license & ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within 90 days of hire

3. FUEL ISLAND ATTENDANTS
* Great entry level position for a career as a diesel mechanic with Ryder
* Top hourly pay with set schedules
* Duties include changing fluids, tires, light preventative maintenance, fueling and washing Diesel Tractors & Trailers
* Diesel Tech students are encouraged to apply!
* Requires High School Diploma or equivalent
* Must have a valid driver?s license & ability to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within 90 days of hire
