District Quality Coordinator- Utlitity Locate Technician

Job Description:

 

Responsible for the overall quality performance of the District by managing the investigation process for all damages, timely negotiations and settlement of customer damage claims and for the diagnosis and communciation of the damage trends within the district to improve the quality statistics of the district and company.  District Quality Coordinator is also responsible for accurately estimating and accounting for the cost of all At-Issue damages. 

 

Job Requirements:

 Extensive knowledge of locating proceduresDemonstrate excellent interpersonal skills Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills Minimum high school diploma or GED Computer literate preferred Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work load
