$36,000 to $42,000 base salary ($17 to $21per hour to start) plus company vehicle, extensive employee and medical benefits, time and a half overtime pay and a solid opportunity for career advancement.  Anticipated first year income will be in the $55,000 plus range.  Full training is provided.

Ideally, we seek individuals that have acquired solid technical training and experience in industrial electrical equipment (3 phase ? 480v), related trouble shooting ability and electrical  controls know-how.  

 

The work will involve troubleshooting overhead cranes which consist of industrial motor and related controls, repairing 3 phase motors, mechanical bearings and gearbox systems as well as other planned electro/mechanical maintenance activities at Customer sites. Please note that in these specific opportunities, we will welcome individuals with experience in steel mills or other heavy industrial plants. 

 

Once trained, you will be assigned a company vehicle and of course, a good driving record is a necessary requirement.  In addition, the work requires one that has no fear of heights.  For the greater part, the work is conducted during the normal business day with occasional after hours/weekend work.  Some travel is required however this is rarely of an overnight nature.

 

Following an in depth training period, part of which will include working with skilled Technicians with extensive field experience as well as formal classroom training, you will take on the role of a Service Technician.  This work will involve working with Customers at their plants and requires individuals who are clear communicators, friendly by nature and able to professionally represent one of the most successful organizations in the industry.
