ELECTRICAL TEAM LEADER

A Qualified candidate should be:

?  Self motivated

?  A responsible team player who can work well within small teams to respond to equipment problems

?  An innovative problem solver

?  Able to quickly learn complex equipment operations and interrelations

?  Able to lead by example and provide positive motivation to subordinates

?  Diplomatic and able to respond properly to production department customers to achieve production and uptime goals

 

Qualified candidates should have:

?  10 or more years of industrial manufacturing experience

?  2 year technical degree preferred

?  well developed troubleshooting methodology

?  Technical knowledge of electrical systems and system interrelations

?  demonstrated leadership ability

?  Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Technical skills in following areas:

?  Drives; especially SEW and Lenze

?  PLC?s; Siemens preferred

?  Industrial pneumatics and hydraulics

?  Process control systems

?  General mechanical aptitude
