Excellent Opportunity to be a member of the RTP Emergency Recovery team which provide emergency services 24/7 to CVoIP service providers globally. The individual will accept calls directly from the CVoIP service providers and will be responsible for using internal tools and process to drive recovery. They are also responsible for documenting (Clarify) the outage along with collection of data for RCA. Individual must have experience with supporting CVoIP solutions in some form along with good UNIX skills. Working knowledge of IP and ATM protocols are required. The position must be able to multi-task and have the skills to drive multiple GNPS teams to outage resolution along with keeping the customer informed in real time.
