Entry Level Installer I
Entry Level Installer I Description: Volt Service Group is currently searching for an entry level installer I for a, temp to hire position. You will be assisting in the receiving, delivery, and installation of furniture at customer site(s) by performing the following duties: learn proper operating and handling techniques in using moving equipment, understand hand tools both manual and power and be able to use them safely, take responsibility of all equipment being used, learn, understand and follow B&OJ's basic standards of conduct in dealing with subs, temps, fellow associates, and customers, learn to inspect furniture for damage as it is on/off-loaded, learn to off-load trucks in a timely and safe manner, learn basic B&OI paperwork, learn to read and understand merchandise and inventory tags, learn basics of steelcase systems furniture installation, learn the basics of reading and working with furniture plans and typicals.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training equivalent combination of experience.
Be able to lift 50 pounds
