Equipment Maintenance Mechanic
With over 5,400 stores nationwide and $30 billion in yearly sales, it?s easy to see why CVS/pharmacy has become the nation?s leading retail pharmacy. CVS? Conroe, Texas Distribution Center is seeking an experienced EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE MECHANIC.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must:
Be able to proficiently diagnose, repair, replace and/or overhaul all mechanical components for numerous types of material handling equipment, conveyors and related software programs, sortation systems, hydraulic equipment, electrically operated equipment, battery chargers, air compressors, refrigeration/heating systems, air handlers and ductwork, variable speed controllers, metering devices, plumbing fixtures, etc.
Have a minimum of two years of experience in general maintenance, with a demonstrated proficiency in forklift maintenance
Have demonstrated expertise in the use of basic and sophisticated hand tools, and a knowledge of mathematics and elementary algebraic equations
Pass a physical exam, substance abuse test, and criminal background check
Able to walk, stand, sit, climb stairs, lift up to 75 lbs.
Able to communicate fluently in English
