FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
Responsibilities include installation and service of our equipment, which includes electronic control systems on extruders. Providing training to customer personnel on equipment operation, maintenance and repair.
Approximately 90% domestic and international travel.
Must possess knowledge of electrical/electronic, mechanical and hydraulic machinery. Strong electronic background (knowledge of AC/DC drives and microprocessors is required. A minimum or five years of experience in troubleshooting electrical, electronic and mechanical problems on the start up of new installations and on existing equipment of plastics-processing machinery is a requirement.
A degree in electronics or equivalent is a must. Extrusion equipment knowledge is preferred.
