FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

 COMMERCIAL FOOD EQUIPMENT REPAIR

If you have electrical, gas, or mechanical experience, this is the job for you!  Superior is looking for service technicians to repair and maintain commercial food and refrigeration equipment in various restaurants, corporate facilities, and institutions throughout Massachusetts.

 

Experience Needed:  MINIMUMTHREE YEARS

Duties: 

* Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; daily travel; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.

* Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions.
* Documents service and installation actions by completing invoices, forms, reports, logs, and records.

* Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; certifications; reading professional publications.

* Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

 

Skills/Qualifications:  Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, & Gas Troubleshooting, Analyzing Information, Judgment, Client Relationships, Equipment Maintenance, Reporting Skills, Quality Focus, Results Driven, Supply Management, Communication
