FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We have an opening for an individual who can install, troubleshoot and repair Photographic Mini Laboratories sold by an industry leader in this field. Equipment includes photo and paper processors, scanners and various peripheral devices. Through efficient, effective and organized field service activities, individual must be able to manage a large geographic area, prioritize jobs, adhere to a planned schedule, communicate effectively, and maintain customer satisfaction. Overnight travel is a must, up to 4 nights per week. Daily travel requirements could be up to 4 hours per call and willing to work an alternate work week. Must be able to qualify to car rental company policies in order to obtain transportation when traveling.

Qualified candidates will have previous field experience in a variety of hardware and software systems. Electronics background, as well as electro-mechanical skills is required. Knowledge of Photography and film or paper processors as well as some experience with graphics software is a plus. Job requires significant bending and lifting of items weighing up to 70 pounds. Strong communications and customer relations? skills are essential as is a valid driver?s license, insurance and good driving record. The candidate selected will have the opportunity to attend factory-training classes.
