FREELANCE AUDIOVISUAL / VIDEOCONFERENCING TECHNICIANS
SPL Integrated Solutions an Audiovisual (AV) systems integration and service company seeks freelance AV and videoconferencing (VC) support technicians with experience in meeting support, execution for executive, educational, and routine meetings in a fast-paced customer service focused environment in New York City. Applicant must have strong understanding of technology, business, office procedures, in addition to high-end customer service skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, etc.) is a plus. Duties will include setting up, testing, operation, teardown, and troubleshooting of AV and VC equipment. Individual must be able to adhere to procedures, work independently, be a fast learner, and demonstrate a sense of urgency where appropriate. Two to three years of AV and presentation technologies and customer service experience required.
