Public Storage , America's self-storage leader, has an immediate opening for a Facilities Services Coordinator. This person will be responsible for:
Answering the customer service hotline for Capex
Handling maintenance requests
Interpreting customer needs and dispatching vendors as appropriate
Sourcing new vendors
Supporting field manageres with hotline and dispatching
Maintaining property information files and providing emergency support as needed
Processing invoices for approval into property services technology solution pertaining to Capex and work orders.
Other duties as assigned

This position requires the following:
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Customer service experience
Accounts payables experience
Facilities or construction knowledge
Proficiency on Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
10-key and typing skills proficiency
