We are currently searching for a Field Service Engineer to augment our existing field service team supportin customers worldwide.REQUIREMENTSProvides technical expertise, technical support, and training to customers, reps and internal staff. Performs machine check outs and installations. Involves in design feedback and customer applications. Must have experience servicing capital equipment. Experience with wirebonders is ideal however, experience with semiconductor equipment may suffice. Will consider a technician with senior level experience. Foreign language skills in Japanese is highly desirable. Must be proficient in electrical and mechanical support and troubleshooting. BSEE or BSME desired. AA considered with extensive experience in related industry. International travel up to 50%
