Field Service Associate- Richmond, VA

 

Ebara Technologies, Inc., a leading capital equipment supplier to the semiconductor industry, is looking for an experienced, energetic and motivated Field Service Associate to support our CMP tools in Richmond, VA.

 

In this position you would be responsible for:

 Providing service to the customer at the customer site. 

 Conducting routine to complex preventative maintenance, trouble-shooting procedures, removing and replacing defective parts, and installing new or replacement parts.

 Servicing equipment and/or products at customer to include, all contracted preventative maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, installations and start-ups. 

 Maintaining and replacing equipment, tools, and supplies used directly for the service of equipment and/or products.

 

The ideal candidate will possess an AA or BS degree in Electronics, Engineering or equivalent experience. Three (3) or more years service experience, preferably in the semiconductor or related industry. CMP experience is a major plus but not required.  Working knowledge of mechanical skills. Working knowledge of principles of semiconductor and/or vacuum technology. Working knowledge of computer systems including software packages such as Microsoft Office 97, and Internet Explorer.
