Field Service Engineer - Xray (Tucson, AZ)

CITY: Tucson STATE: Arizona COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
- Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs of the diagnostic imaging Xray equipment and driving customer satisfaction through service excellence by completing Preventive Maintenance (PMs), managing repair parts cycle times, performing Functional Management Inspections (FMIs), keeping tools and test equipment properly maintained and calibrated, meeting Health & Human Services (HHS) and Environment Health & Safety (EHS) requirements, maintaining customer service logs and internal service record, and manages vendors service delivery processes in compliance with GE Healthcare's policies.
- Utilizes escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues and conducts root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving.
- Participates in sales opportunities such as contract renewals and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs
- Works as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area

Qualifications/Requirements:
- BSEE, BSEET, or equivalent, coupled with related work experience, or AA with 6 years of related experience in Xray
- Strong technical, customer service and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.
