Job Purpose:

*Provide on-site service support for automatic swing and slide automatic door equipment. Customers include retail, municipal and healthcare.

Duties:

*Troubleshoot, assess, communicate with customers, fix identifiable issues, provide reporting.

*Follow established company directed policies pertaining to service reporting, maintaining truck inventory, customer communication.

*Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

*Maintain personal and professional approach to self-improvement.

Skills/Qualifications:

Electronic and electromechanical troubleshooting, analyzing information, reporting skills, quality focus.
