Fire Alarm Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES: · Service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers including SimplexGrinnell.
? Be timely in your attendance at work and for on-call duties.
? Perform a wide variety of duties including attending training classes when available.
? Backup other technicians for overflow calls
? Keep track, and turn in all reports for projects.

? Process and compile reports for daily business and productivity

. Assist customers with questions and or concerns while on the job.

 



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
? High school diploma
? Excellent organizational & time management Skills
? Ability to work independently w/minimal Direction
? Excellent phone & strong interaction w/customers
? Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
? Experience in the following systems; Access Control, Fire Alarm, Security, CCTV;

Radionics, Ademco, Notifier, Silent Knight, and EST are preferable.
