We are currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to oversee our client's facility in Milpitas, CA. The candidate will e responsible for light bulbs, general maintenance and repairing to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. The candidate will also, help operations team in both maintenance and repair of building and equipment. Responsible for operation and maintenance of all equipment and systems installed in assigned facilities.

We are seeking a candidate who will be responsible for the following areas:
Oversee the operation of generators, UPS equipment, and PDU's, including switchgear and ATS operation, both manually and automatic sequences
Replace filters, lubricating bearings, changing belts and pulleys, and changing motors under 25 HP, troubleshooting electrical problems with outlets, breakers, fuses, and electronic controls
Operate installed HVAC systems, both automatic sequences and manual override procedures
Perform normal maintenance of chillers, air conditioning units, boilers, and pumps

The ideal candidate should possess:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience
Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs. and using ladders up to 25'
Valid motor vehicle driver's license
Skills in electrical and mechanical aptitude a must
