General Maintenance Technician

Seeking a qualified General Maintenance Technician to maintain, operate and repair equipment and buildings using skills and knowledge of painting, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, masonry and electrical work.

 

Major Responsbilities:

 

* Performs general maintenace on equipment and machinery

* Paints structures and equipment as needed

* Installs and repairs mechanical, electrical, plumbing or building service equipment

* Operates and services boilers, chillers, motors, fans, pumps and related mechanical and electrical equipment

* May drives vehicle to other locations

* Documents installations and repairs as required by regulatory agencies

 

Qualifications:

 

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

* Minimum of two years of related work experience

* Skill and knowledge of painting, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, masonry and electrical work is required

* May required to have basic computer skills

* Requires a valid driver's license and clean DMV record
