HVAC Manager Technical Trainer & Service

Responsible for overall technical training and field support of leading HVAC/R provider in the tri-county areas for the development and implementation of both technical and operational standards across multiple business units. Key responsibilities include analyzing training needs, developing curriculum and deliver training throughout the business for residential, commercial, plumbing and refrigeration lines.

Responsible for ensuring Company safety policies and procedures for field employees, familiar with flat rate pricing, conduct ride-alongs for purpose of evaluating and assisting field employees, resolve challenging customer equipment failure and call back situations, schedule and facilitate training programs. Must be computer exp. - strong communication and leadership skills required - min. 15 years exp in the theory and practice of HVAC - installation, service, repairs, heat pumps, air conditioners, gas/oil furnaces, boilers as well as standard controls. Must be performance driven-position requires initiative, motivation and creativity.
