Qualifications

At least 3 prefer 5 years of experience in installtion of Heating & Cooling system.

Makes effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.

Speaks clearly and effectively in a variety of settings.

Is attentive to the needs of customers. Responds quickly and competently to customer requests.

Maintains a safe work environment.

Works productively with others in a team environment.

Develops the marketing plan to meet business objectives.

Capable of light lifting (up to 30 pounds).

Has a solid understanding of the job and its duties and responsibilities.

Conscientiously and methodically approaches work. Sees tasks through to completion.
