HVAC/Refrigeration Repair Technician (Santa Rosa area)

Sears technicians diagnose and repair household air conditioning and heating and refrigeration appliances while providing superior service at customer's homes.

Sears technicians are the best equipped in the industry---you will be provided a Sears van, laptop computer, and all the tools needed to do the job! In fact, Sears technicians travel directly to their first call from home each morning. We have a computer-generated routing system that enables us to maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
CFC certification required.

Previous experience repairing HVAC and refrigeration equipment and other home appliances (i.e. washers/dryers, ranges/stovetops, etc.)

High level of electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills required.

Excellent customer service skills

Sells preventative maintenance product extensions and maintenace agreements to customer (bonus compensation programs available!)

Strong knowledge of basic electrical theory

Use appropriate tools and equipment in diagnosing and completing repairs

Read and interpret documents such as schematics, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manual

Valid driver's license and good driving record

Computer skills necessary

Capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)

Background check to include drug test, DMV and criminal
