HVAC Service Desk Coordinator

Overview:

HVAC Coordinator is responsible for interfacing between client/owners and HVAC/R vendors in the completion of preventative and corrective maintenance work orders to commercial and retail locations nationwide. The job requires the ability to utilize and monitor Direct Digital Control systems to monitor, adjust, diagnose and reset HVAC systems.

Opportunity for growth within organization, eventually managing staff of service coordinators specific to HVAC/R remote monitoring, troubleshooting, and coordination of third party vendor network which performs work in the field.

Qualifications:

?Experience in light commercial HVAC/R service and/or maintenanceExperience in the use and operation of Direct Digital ControlsComputer skills including MS Office programsCustomer Service experience
