HVAC Support
DEEM, LLC is a single source for all mechanical/refrigeration/ plumbing and electrical services offering preventative maintenance agreements on equipment as well as 24/7 emergency services. DEEM is currently looking for a self-motivated individual to work inside our Quote Department to start work immediately at our office on the eastside of Indianapolis.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
? Communicate with Service Technicians, Customers and Vendors via telephone.
? Calculate quote requests from Service Technicians.
? Develop strong relationships with customers and technicians.
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, prior experience in HVAC and Electrical, strong data entry skills and excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Other requirements include good organizational, judgment and communication skills. Hourly position with the opportunity for overtime.
