HVACR Service Technician

Description:

The  technician will be responsible for all service work concerning the repair of residential/commercial heating & cooling equipment, assisting at times in the installation of residential heating and cooling equipment, and performing maintenance work on residential/commercial heating & cooling equipment. The technician will establish a good working rapport with the customer proving a high degree of service and customer satisfaction.  The technicians work should be efficient, accurate, and reflect the company standards of quality. The technician will be responsible for representing the company in the community through his/her appearance, which should be neat and clean at all times; his/her vehicle which should be organized and clean; and his/her work which should be of high quality and accuracy.

 

Requirements:

1. EPA license

2. Driver's license

3. Prefer N.A.T.E. Certified or N.A.T.E. Certifiable

Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with customers and other employees.

Must be able to drive a vehicle and be insurable by the company insurance.

Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Physical requirements will be extensive including but not limited to: heavy lifting, dexterity, working in tight physical sites and very hot areas.
