Global Integrate Supply Chain
The Global Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization is a consolidation of Global Procurement, Integrated Supply Chain, Distribution and Manufacturing Operations. This organization has the responsibility to design and implement the most responsive and cost-effective supply chain in the industry to enable IBM to gain market share, grow revenue and profit, improve cash flow, and enhance customer satisfaction. The Global ISC team works in a collaborative environment on a multitude of projects and assignments, ranging from procurement and supply chain management, to design and test, to technical support and product configuration, in support of the manufacturing and fulfillment of IBM eserver equipment, storage systems, and personal and printing systems. This posting is for a backlog management position within Customer Fulfillment - CSO Hardware supporting direct commercial transactions. Responsibilities include end to end customer fulfillment from opportunity to cash collections while ensuring compliance with established business controls. Experience in end to end customer fulfillment experience is a plus. Candidate must also possess demonstrated leadership, cross-functional teaming and critical thinking. This position is located in Dallas, TX and is not a remote position.
