Waste services company has a need TWO Shift Fleet Maintenance Supervisors

for the Pasadena, Texas area.

 

2nd Shift (typically 2pm-midnight)

3rd Shift (typically 9pm-6am)

 

The positions will entail about 50% ?turning wrenches? and 50% administrative/supervisory responsibility.

There are approximately 5-8 Technicians on each shift.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for advancement after a period of learning the company?s protocol.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

?  At least 5 years of heavy-duty truck fleet maintenance experience

?  Technical knowledge and diagnostic ability in diesel repairs and hydraulics is essential

?  At least 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience

?  Strong leadership and training skills

?  Valid drivers license

?  Excellent administrator, good with numbers and have great people skills.

?  Qualified candidates MUST have a high school diploma (or GED)

 

Preferred, but not required:

?  Solid Waste Hauling Company experience

?  3+ years managerial/supervisory experience

?  Commercial drivers license

?  Bilingual ? English/Spanish

?  ASE certification
