Sears technicians diagnose and repair all kitchen and laundry appliances including washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, ovens, refrigerators, freezers, and garbage disposals while providing superior service in customer's homes.

Sears technicians are the best equipped in the industry---you will be provided an Sears van and laptop computer! In fact, Sears technicians travel directly to their first call from home each morning. We have a computer-generated routing system that enables us to maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Previous experience repairing household appliances

Electrical knowledge required

CFC Certification recommended

Excellent customer service skills

Sells preventative maintenance product extensions and maintenance agreements to customer (bonus compensation programs available!)

Strong knowledge of basic electrical theory

Use appropriate tools and equipment in diagnosing and completing repairs

Read and interpret documents such as schematics, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manual

Valid driver's license and good driving record

Computer skills necessary

Capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)

Background check to include drug test, DMV and criminal
