Our client, a global machine tool manufacturer, is experiencing explosive growth and is seeking motivated self starters looking for a challenging and rewarding career As a Field Service Representative.



A Field Service Representative, is responsible for providing customer service and problem resolution at new and existing client sites. You will provide field service assistance ensuring customer satisfaction and maximum machine performance and uptime by maintaining equipment functionality, troubleshooting, upgrading and repairing machine tools, software and controls. The successful candidate will become a technical expert with highly developed customer satisfaction and communication skills. Overnight travel required with the flexibility to be available for last minute escalations


Job requirements:



Two-year degree (associate’s preferred) in electronics, computer science, automation technology or equivalent work experience.

Three years’ industrial machine repair experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (including military).  This is NOT an IT or office equipment repair position and only those who have a strong industrial or military experience will be considered.

Millwright experience combined with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot state of the art CNC controls is a plus. Prior field service experience desired but not required.

A valid driver’s license is required and you must be willing and able to spend overnights away from home.
