We have an existing and growing number of high profile and successful installations with the worlds leading pharmaceutical, chemical and semiconductor companies located throughout the USA. Experience working with 3~ equipment up to 480v.

Able to provide high level of technical support to our distributors and customers throughout the USA.

The successful applicant will be a disciplined and highly motivated individual. Having excellent communication skills, be professionally qualified in refrigeration, have the ability to provide in-depth technical support via the phone and through nationwide site visits.

Working from home, you will have experience in and be able to;

- give pre and post sale technical support to our distribution network
- give technical advice, diagnose and guide users over the phone
- as required, execute in-depth repairs on-site
- diagnose and repair refrigeration, mechanical, electronic systems
- work with 3~ equipment up to 480v

An initial training period on our product line lasting 1-month will be followed by regular refresher and product updates at our facility in Germany.
