Machinist/Toolmaker

We are seeking an experienced injection-molding machinist. Duties include machining replacement parts for injection-molding machines, and also cleaning, disassembling and assembling, and maintaining molds when necessary by working from detailed drawings, assembly drawings, and detailed sketches.

Must have prior experience with machining replacement parts for plastic injection-molding machines, blue print reading, lathe, milling and tig welding. Position requires knowledge of machine shop tooling.  Must be able to work 12-hour shifts in alternate 3 and 4 day work cycles.

Assistant Supervisor

Candidate should have at least two years of verifiable supervisory experience and a mix of hydraulic and electrical experience. In this entry-level position, you will supervise a small group of employees and be responsible for production.  Applicants must possess a solid knowledge of die setting, plastic injection molding processing and control systems. Candidates must be mechanically inclined and be able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment, working 12 hour shifts in alternate 3 and 4 day work cycles.

 

Injection Molding Machine MechanicResponsible for repairing and maintaining injection molding machines.  You will perform mold installation/removal, machine maintenance and repair responsibilities.  Candidates should possess communication, organizational and scheduling skills, and knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems and be prepared to assume all injection molding machine maintenance responsibilities. Seeking candidates with prior injection molding machine experience only.
