Ingersoll Rand Climate Control Technologies Sector is seeking an experienced Installation Coordinator for our Salem, NH location.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Coordinating all installation activities to assist the Installation Manager in meeting business objectives and job deadlines. Accountable for requesting materials from warehouse/AM Parts, purchasing materials, transferring materials, returning materials, generating POs, coordinating rental equipment to jobsites, managing C.O.s, reviewing time sheets and tracking orders as well as various other administrative tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinating and dispatching Installation Department technicians as well as reviewing time sheets, creating labor & payroll spreadsheets.

Create and maintain job folders for Installation Department.

Renew business licenses, create and distribute per diem checks to employees and complete CSNI and/or warranty claim formsq Coordinate permit related inspections and requesting checks for permits.

Additional duties may include: creating purchase orders, answering phones, assisting Installation Supervisors and/or Managers, mail distribution, tracking uniform services.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma required.

1 - 5 years experience.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, detail oriented and highly motivated.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Lotus Notes and Access experience desired.

Ability to work in a team environment and desire for continuous learning through cross-training.
