Installation Job Coordinator

Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY Facilitates the job flow process from arrival at the warehouse to loading on to contractor's vehicle. Does minor service repairs on installations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Unload delivery trucks upon arrival at the branch warehouse; Stage jobs according to installation date; Check in job deliveries and stock deliveries; Order stock inventory; Assist contractor's in loading their vehicles for installation of jobs; General warehouse maintenance and safety; Occasional service calls for repairs on installation QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. High School diploma or GED preferred. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, write and speak clearly in English. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one-or-two step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
