Installation Manager - Anaheim, CA

 

For being 60 years in business, Bay Alarm has grown to be the largest independently; family owned and operated Alarm Company in the USA. We have an immediate opening for an experienced individual to oversee and manage the Installers, Shop Technician and the Filed Coordinator and daily operations of the Installation Dept.

 

The main responsibilities of this position consist of:

 

?  Respond to customer questions and complaints regarding the installation. 

?  Provide technical support to Installers, Service Technicians, and Salespersons.

?  Coordinate with all branch departments to achieve branch goals.

?  Monitor Installation Department compliance with company policies and standards.

?  Assist in reviewing contracts for approval.

?  Enforce safety regulations and investigate vehicle accidents, injuries and customer damages including processing  the appropriate documentation.

?  Act as liaison between Installers and Branch Manager.

?  Review hourly time cards for accuracy and make adjustments before forwarding them to administration.

?  Provide an efficient work environment.

?  Provide 24-hour on call support that may be required even on weekends and holidays.

 

Minimum 5 years alarm installation experience required.  High school diploma or equivalent required. 

Excellent communication skills required, good interpersonal skills required and thorough knowledge of security systems required. Thorough knowledge of NFPA and UL standards and basic understanding of NEC and building codes required.
